Tim and Anna, 16 year Alaskan residents wishing to provide comfortable, homey accommodations. Our home and private guest house were meticulously built by us with loving care in every detail. The Guest House was built so that we may share a bit of our wild paradise with you.

Located at 58950 Ohlson Mountain Road off of Skyline East, 7 miles from Town Center and only 20 minutes to the Homer Spit.

ACCOMODATIONS

Our Guest House sleeps 2, sharing a comfortable queen bed. For added comfort, we have a nice reading chair and a love seat that looks out to the head of Kachemak Bay with a view of many glaciers. A DVD/VCR is provided with a large selection of media for your choosing. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. Grilling is available outside.

For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted in the Guest House, but allowed outside . Sorry, no pets.

RATES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

$100 + 3% local tax per night based on double occupancy. $20 each additional pp/night upon approval. Cash and Checks accepted. Credit cards accepted via PayPal only.

25% nightly deposit required to secure reservation.

100% refund available for cancellations made up to 2 weeks prior to reserved dates.
50% refund available for cancellations made 1 week prior to reserved dates.
No refund for cancellations made less than 1 week prior to reserved dates.
